When Bob and John David Mann announced that the title of their new book was going to be “The Go-Giver Influencer” several people emailed him to ask, “Is this about Influencer Marketing?” And, he didn’t really even understand what they meant. He’d heard the term but didn’t really know what it was because again, to him, pretty much everything involving another’s influence is Influencer Marketing. In this episode, Bob’s special guest is a woman who is truly an expert in Influencer Marketing.
Bob welcomes long-time mega-sales producer turned sales leader (now author and speaker) Jeff C. West. Bob first met Jeff a number of years ago when he spoke for Jeff’s large Aflac organization and since then they’ve been great friends and colleagues. According to Bob, “Not only is Jeff a person of ultra-high character and integrity, he’s one of the most knowledgeable sales professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with.”
“Gratitude,” she said. “Same root word as grace and gracious. From the Latin gratia, meaning favor, esteem, regard, a pleasing quality, goodwill, and before that from earlier roots meaning to announce, sing, praise, celebrate….Grace. Wonderful, wonderful word.”

That and more on today’s show.
